What is ArvonOS?
ArvonOS is a company operating system for founders and small teams. It's one web app that gives a founder a real-time view of their entire company: every task, project, meeting, and expense, instead of that information being scattered across WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and people's memory. Paste in raw meeting notes and ArvonOS automatically turns them into assigned tasks with owners and deadlines, then tracks them through to done.
Who is ArvonOS for?
Teams of roughly 10 to 100 people, built with the Indian market in mind first. That's the range where a founder should still have full visibility into what's happening day to day, but the team is too big to coordinate on memory and group chats alone. It's used by founders, department heads and managers, and individual employees, each sees a different, role-appropriate view of the same company data.
How is ArvonOS different from Notion, Asana, Monday, or Slack?
Notion, Asana, Monday and Slack each solve one slice of running a company: docs, task boards, workflow tracking, or chat. Nobody combines task management, meeting intelligence, attendance and leave, and expense tracking into one system built around company-wide visibility. ArvonOS's core move is turning meeting notes directly into assigned, owned tasks (MOM-to-task AI), and giving the founder a single dashboard instead of five separate tools that don't talk to each other.
How does the MOM-to-task AI work?
Paste raw meeting notes or a transcript into ArvonOS, and it extracts action items, assigns owners, sets deadlines, and logs the key decisions that were made, automatically. No more manually translating a meeting into a task list after the fact. Every task created this way stays linked back to the meeting and decision it came from, so anyone can trace why a task exists.
What can employees and managers actually do in ArvonOS?
Every employee gets a portal showing their own tasks, attendance, leave, and expenses, with real deadlines instead of pings from five directions. Managers and department heads see their team's tasks and workload on one screen, can rebalance work, and approve leave or expense requests in one tap instead of a week of follow-ups. Founders see everything: company-wide task and project status, costs, and team activity, in one dashboard.
Is my company's data isolated from other companies on ArvonOS?
Yes. ArvonOS is multi-tenant: every company's data is scoped by a company ID and enforced at the database layer, not just filtered in the app's code. One company's data is never visible to another company's users, regardless of what a browser request claims.
What does ArvonOS cost, and is there a trial?
New companies get a 30-day trial to set up their workspace and try ArvonOS with their real team. Onboarding is currently done by hand: request access, and ArvonOS sets up your workspace directly rather than a fully self-serve signup flow.
What's on ArvonOS's roadmap?
Inventory management and deeper financial and expense analytics are next, extending ArvonOS toward a fuller back-office operating system for growing companies, on top of the task, project, meeting, attendance and expense tracking that exists today.
